Controller
The controller is the company „The Centre of Environmental Services, Ltd.“ With business ID: 35820551, established at Kutlíkova 17, 852 50 Bratislava. The company has been registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava I. District Court since September 21, 2001, in the section „Sro“; legal registration no. 24949/B (hereinafter referred to as the „Controller“). The Controller will process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and the Act no. 18/2018 on Personal Data Protection. The controller proceeds with the processing of personal data in accordance with the law of the Slovak Republic, while paying the greatest possible attention to the privacy of the persons concerned and to the protection of the personal data that it processes.

The person concerned
You are the person, whose personal data are being processed. A person, to whom the personal data processed relates, can be the person concerned, as well.

Instruction of the person concerned
The instruction explains how the Controller will handle your personal data and states your rights related to the processing of personal data.

Reasons for the processing of personal data
The processing of obtained and provided personal data is a necessary part of the Controller’s activities. Without the processing of personal data, the Controller would not be able to provide services to clients, potential clients, business partners, and other persons concerned, to the required extent and quality.

The basis for the processing of personal data
The current legislation allows the processing of personal data on the basis of several legal bases, while the processing of personal data may take place without the consent of the person concerned. Unless there is another legal basis for the processing of personal data, personal data will only be processed on the basis and to the extent of the consent of the person concerned.

Provision of data
Personal data processed by the Controller may also be processed by third parties, based on the decision of the Controller, or if the obligation to provide personal data follows from the legal order of the Slovak Republic. In cases where the choice of the recipient of personal data is up to the Controller, the Controller always makes sure that a high standard of personal data protection of the data subject is guaranteed when selecting these partners.

Recipients of personal data processed by the Operator:
- business partners providing physical and administrative activities related to the performance of the Controller’s business activities,
- business partners ensuring the fulfillment of the Controller’s obligations in the area of legal services, human resources, taxes, audit, and accounting,
- registration authorities in the performance of the Controller’s business activities,
- public administration bodies, in cases where the Controller is obliged to provide personal data from a generally binding legal regulation or decision of a public administration body (courts, law enforcement authorities, executors).

Retention of your personal data
Your personal data will be stored securely, in accordance with the security policy of the Controller and only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing. Only persons authorized by the Controller to process the personal data will have access to your personal data, in accordance with the Controller’s security policy.

Security of personal data
The Controller processes personal data manually or using electronic information systems. The Controller has implemented all necessary technical, personal, and control in order to keep the level of personal data protection as high as possible.

Rights of the person concerned
The person concerned has the right to:
- request the Controller to access to personal data of the person concerned,
- to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data,
- object to the processing of personal data,
- submit a complaint or a proposal to initiate proceedings to the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic,
- any time revoke his consent to the processing of personal data, in person, by e-mail to cenvis@cenvis.sk, or by post to the address: The Centre of Environmental Services, Ltd., Kutlíkova 17, 852 50 Bratislava

If you think your rights have been violated during the processing of personal data, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at the address Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.

In the case of breach of personal data protection, the controller is obliged to notify the person concerned without undue delay, especially if such a breach of personal data protection may be harmful to the rights of the person concerned.
